1. Definitions

• The rh777 Privacy Policy

rh777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned minus any amounts already wagered, subject to applicable laws.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Player Account on the rh777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

4.1 Registration Requirements

4.2 Account Accuracy

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information associated with your rh777 Account. In the event of any change to your personal details — including your mobile number, which is your primary account recovery and verification method — you are obligated to update your account information promptly. rh777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security

Your rh777 Account login credentials are personal and confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rh777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and choosing a strong, unique password. rh777 will never request your password via any communication channel.

5. KYC Identity Verification

7. Withdrawals

12. Account Suspension & Termination

rh777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions

• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes
• Account activity indicative of money laundering or other financial crime
• A player being identified as a minor (under 21 years of age)
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements that necessitate account closure

Upon account closure in circumstances not involving fraud or Terms violation, rh777 will return any verified Real Money Balance in the account through the Player's registered payment method, subject to applicable processing requirements. Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

Players may close their own rh777 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests do not void any pending wagering requirement clearance obligations on active bonuses.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rh777 shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following:

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the rh777 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game content, and the rh777 brand identity — is the intellectual property of rh777 or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, adapted, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from rh777.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rh777 platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Player.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

16. Disputes & Complaints

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to rh777's operational jurisdiction. rh777 operates as an online gambling platform serving the Philippine market under applicable regulatory frameworks.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the rh777 platform that cannot be resolved through rh777's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels in rh777's operating jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
